285 - 200
Hey, my name’s Ian, I am 6’3” and blew up to 285 lbs back in august 2010, I joined a local gym when I decided I just didn’t want to be fat anymore
well I was eating healthy, 1g protein per lb of body weight and super light carbs and fat so I could cut hard, was losing 15-20 lbs per month for the first 4 months
I ended up down to 180 but I was skinny fat, so I bulked up to 210, and now I’ve cut down to 200. I’m in the process of tightening up and trying to get as fit as possible
I have never starved myself, I eat constantly, I just do a ton of weight training and cardio. I have never gained any unwanted weight since I started.
This is weird. My boyfriend is named Ian and 6’3”, haha. This is awesome.
